Trenchless Technology — No Dig Systems
Also Known As Pipework Relining
One of the most cost-effective, efficient and simplistic methods of repairing damaged pipework is to carry out a method called ‘pipework relining’. This can vary in extent from small, localised patch repairs to part length and full-length liners, depending on the extent of the damage. The amount of liner required will be determined upon inspection of the pipework in question by a CCTV survey.

When is relining suitable?
If a section of drainage has problems such as cracks and open joints allowing effluent to escape then relining is the solution.
If a section of drainage has collapsed or become undermined and the levels are affected then relining is not suitable and a new section will need to be installed.
CCTV survey will identify what remedial action is needed.
What Is Pipework Lining Made Of?
Pipework liner is made from a dense, impermeable felt which is tailored to fit the exact dimensions of the pipework that’s in need of refurbishment, with the length and thickness of the material varying depending on the specifications required. This bespoke design means that the material can be used for large or small repairs as necessary and no two repairs are ever quite the same.
The liner is placed inside the existing damaged pipework using water pressure, with a resin added, it is then cured in place, the existing pipework remains in situ.
On completion of the works the liner is a very hard durable material
